MyCardiologist Ambulatory Care Center is a CMS-certified and AAAHC-accredited outpatient surgical center specializing exclusively in cardiovascular care. MyCardiologist Ambulatory Care Center is Miami’s premier outpatient cardiovascular facility committed to advancing heart health through excellence in patient care, innovation, and community service. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based cardiovascular care in a safe, accessible, and patient-centered environment. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for our patients by providing comprehensive diagnostic, interventional, and preventive cardiology services under the care of board-certified specialists who are leaders in their field. By combining advanced technology with a personalized approach, we strive to ensure every patient receives timely, effective treatment and education tailored to their individual needs.

Requesting a Personalized Financial Estimate
At MyCardiologist Ambulatory Care Center, we are committed to transparency and patient empowerment. In accordance with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), patients and prospective patients have the right to request a personalized estimate of charges and services to be provided at our center.
How to Request an Estimate:
Patients may request a personalized written estimate by contacting our office at 786-946-5150 or [email protected]. Estimates will be provided in a timely manner and will include anticipated charges for services reasonably expected to be performed, based on the information available at the time of the request.
Financial Assistance Policy:
We offer financial assistance to eligible patients based on our Financial Assistance Policy. Patients experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to apply for assistance by submitting a Financial Assistance Application, available upon request or through our website. Please note: MyCardiologist Ambulatory Care Center does not offer charity care.
Collection Procedures:
If a patient balance remains unpaid after services are rendered, our Collections Policy will apply. We encourage patients to proactively communicate with us regarding any financial concerns or questions about their bill to avoid collection activities.
Practitioner Billing Information:
While we strive to coordinate care for your convenience, please be aware that health care practitioners (such as physicians, anesthesiologists, and radiologists) who provide services at our center may bill separately. Additionally, these practitioners may or may not participate with the same health insurers or Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) as MyCardiologist Ambulatory Care Center. Patients are strongly encouraged to contact each practitioner separately to request a personalized estimate, verify insurance participation, and understand their billing practices. A list of anticipated practitioners is available upon request.

- Your final bill may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, additional services performed, or changes in your treatment plan.
